SCOPE OF WORK:
Refurbishment of Grey College includes: demolishment and stripping of existing services, building of new facilities including brick work and waterproofing, plumbing, tiling and floor finishes, ceilings, carpentry & joinery and paint.
The client needed the project divided into 3 phases. Each of the floors were redesigned and upgraded individually as the building stayed fully operational.
