Constructing Corporate Bloem | Acorn Construction

Zastron is one of the familiar roads linking CBD with most neighbourhoods in Bloemfontein.  In 2017, Pieter Pienaar had the opportunity to buy the building on the corner of 107 Zastron Avenue and he sat out to bring new energy to this tired building and area.

The building housed various shops, offices and flats.  Refurbishment includes replacing current windows with aluminium windows, plumbing and sanitary upgrades, roofs, tiling, painting and electrical fittings, as well as small extensions.

It is a complete cosmetic upgrade with expansion of various areas to reconstruct the current space into a prestigious corporate building.

The two flights of stairs limit easy access for this exciting reconstruction, but Acorn has a team of 14 men fervently working, with Dirk Kahts as team leader, to ready this beautiful new refurbished offices by October 2018.  With the vision of the client and Acorns’ unique style, this refurbished building promises to bring new energy, ambiance and opportunity to Zastron Avenue.
