Upgrading & reconstruction & cleaning of swimming pool locker rooms.

This included demolishment and stripping of existing services, building of new facilities including brick work and waterproofing, plumbing, tiling and floor finishes, ceilings, carpentry & joinery and paint.  The original design did not provide adequate ventilation causing severe damage to the building. Rethinking of design.
