SCOPE OF WORK:
The project consisted of the overall refurbishment and remodelling of the 79 room residence at Cullen Bowles as well as the wardens flat. Supplying all labour, materials, supervision and equipment for the removal of the existing services and cleaning up debris. Remedials, exterior and interior cosmetic clean up including building, tiling and painting and installation of all new services.
