SCOPE OF WORK:
During municipal riots in 2017, this heritage site has been vandalized and burned. Project scope includes cleaning up the fire damaged Bloemfontein City Hall. Piloting a complex & dangerous cleaning action of an historic building that has been destroyed by the fire, whilst still preserving what was left of this cultural landmark.
